Saving Paid changes the login page for every guest at that venue straight away, so it can take guest Wi-Fi offline for anyone who does not pay. Pick a quiet time, and if you are not sure, contact support before you save.
Set it up
- Go to Wi-Fi › Captive Portal Settings, then choose your venue.
- Under Portal type, choose Paid.
- Under Payments, switch on Stripe (cards), PayPal, or both, and pick the account. The plus button attaches a new one.
- Under Payment plans, click Add plan (or Create first plan).
- Enter a Name, Price, Device slots (devices per purchase) and Duration, then click Create plan.
- Click Save changes, top right.

Check it worked
With your venue chosen, Portal Payments now shows under Wi-Fi, and your plans show on the login page on your own phone. See check and manage guest Wi-Fi payments.
Still stuck?
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- Your venue name.
- A screenshot of the Payments section.
- What you see on the guest Wi-Fi on your phone.
Good to know
- Create at least one plan before you save Paid, so guests have something to buy.
- Paid Wi-Fi collects only an email. Guest details, custom questions and Captive Portal Surveys only work on free Wi-Fi.
- Deleting a plan stops guests buying it. Existing payment records stay.
- To change a plan, click Edit on its row, then Save plan.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Marketing, Reports and IT can see Wi-Fi. See what each team role can see and do.
