In short: usually your router or controller is not letting guests through. Check your hardware connection on Wi-Fi › Hardware › Overview.
- 1Most likelyYou use UniFi
- 2You use other hardware
- 3Something changed recently
Login page never appears? See the Wi-Fi login page does not load.
Choose your venue in the venue switcher, top left (on a phone, tap Menu first). Then go to Wi-Fi › Hardware › Overview.
You use UniFi
- The page tests your controller when it opens. Check Connect your controller says Connected to your controller.
- If the checks pass, click Resync access points under Sync and go live.
You use other hardware
- On the Connection card, click Verify if it shows, to run the setup checks.
- If you see Resume setup, click it and finish the steps.
Something changed recently
A new internet provider, a controller (for example UniFi) updated, moved or reset, or IT changed settings? The controller details on the Stampede side may need setting up again. Support can do this for you.
Check it worked
On your own phone, join the guest Wi-Fi, complete the login page and open a website. It should load.
If that does not fix it
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- A screenshot of what the guest sees at the final step.
- Your hardware and network controller.
- What changed recently, and when.
Good to know
- Support may ask you or your IT provider for access to your network controller.
- With a SnapGuard box you see SnapGuard, not Hardware. See your SnapGuard box shows as offline.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Marketing, Reports and IT can see Wi-Fi.
