On a SnapGuard box
This can take guest Wi-Fi offline: every phone, till and card machine has to rejoin with the new name. If you are not sure, contact support before you save.
- Choose your venue in the venue switcher, top left (on a phone, tap Menu first).
- Go to Wi-Fi › SnapGuard › Networks.
- Click the network to rename.
- Under Broadcast SSID, change the SSID (up to 32 characters). Not there? Your box has no Wi-Fi radios of its own, so ask support.
- Click Save.
- Click Build in the Build pending bar at the bottom, then wait for it to finish.

No SnapGuard under Wi-Fi
Your Wi-Fi runs on other hardware, so support changes the name. Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- Your venue name and current Wi-Fi name.
- The new name, spelled exactly as you want it.
- Whether it is the guest network or another one.
Check it worked
Find the new name in your phone's Wi-Fi list and join it. The login page should open.
Good to know
- Guests who saved the old name need to join the new one.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Marketing, Reports and IT can see Wi-Fi.
