Turn off enquiries

Switch off the enquiry form on your booking page, or stop one booking type taking enquiries.

In short: switch off Enable enquiries in enquiry Settings, or switch off Offered for enquiries on one booking type.

Turn off the enquiry form

  1. Go to Bookings › Enquiries › Settings, then choose your venue.
  2. Switch Enable enquiries off and click Save changes.

Stop one booking type taking enquiries

  1. Go to Bookings › Booking Types, then choose your venue.
  2. Click Edit on the type.
  3. Under Basics, if Enquiry only is on, switch it off so the type takes normal bookings again. Offered for enquiries is locked while it is on.
  4. Switch off Offered for enquiries, then click Save, top right.

Good to know

  • Guests who find no times on a date no longer see Send an enquiry. See what guests see on a closed day.
  • Enquiries already in your Inbox stay there.
  • FOH, Bookings Manager, Marketing and IT cannot see enquiry Settings or Booking Types.
