A booking is missing from the Day Planner

The booking is real but you cannot see it? It is usually on a table in a hidden area. Show the area again.

In short: the booking is probably on a table in a hidden area. Turn off Hidden from day planner on that area.

where to find it

Show the area

  1. Go to Bookings › Areas, then choose your venue.
  2. Click Edit on each area and look for Hidden from day planner.
  3. Turn it off, then click Save changes.
turn it off on the area

To keep the area hidden but show this table, click Edit on a visible area, tick the table under Tables in this area, then click Save changes. The table moves out of the hidden area.

Check it worked

The booking shows on the Day Planner, on its table.

If that does not fix it

Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:

  • The booking reference.
  • A screenshot of what you see.

Good to know

  • Only Admin, Moderator, General Manager and Reports can open Areas. Bookings Manager, FOH, Marketing and IT cannot see it.
