What guests see on a day you are closed

Closed days are greyed out on your booking page. Open the day, mark it on the date picker, or change enquiries.

In short: a day with no bookable times is greyed out. Check Special Dates and Bookable Times to open it.

where to find it

Open the day

  1. Go to Bookings › Special Dates, then choose your venue.
  2. Edit or archive any wrong Close venue date covering that day.
  3. Check that weekday in Bookings › Main Settings › Bookable Times.
  4. Check that weekday in each booking type's Bookable Times too.

Mark closed days on the date picker

  1. Go to Bookings › Landing Page › Settings.
  2. Under Date picker markers, check Closure marker is on. It is on unless someone turned it off.
  3. If you turned it on, click Save changes.

Closure marker marks dates you closed with a special date.

Good to know

  • On an open date with no times left, guests see No times available for this date., and Send an enquiry if you take enquiries. See turn off enquiries.
  • A Close venue date has no reason box. Make reason public is only offered on dates that change hours or a booking type.
