Order a SnapGuard box and track it

Place an order

1. Go to Hardware in the left menu, then click Order hardware.
2. Choose your Venue size and How many boxes?. A pink cable comes with each box.
3. Check the Contact email, and add a Reference (optional), such as the branch name.
4. Click Continue to payment.
5. Pay at checkout. Delivery is added there.

Check it worked

You see Payment received. We're getting your order ready to ship. Under Your orders, follow it from Order Placed to Complete, with the carrier and tracking number, when there is one, once Shipped.

If checkout was cancelled

If you see Checkout cancelled. Nothing has been charged., click Order hardware and try again.

Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:

• The reference and order ID shown under Your orders.
• The contact email you used.

Good to know

• When the box arrives, follow set up a new SnapGuard box.
• FOH cannot see Hardware. Every other role can.
