Change your organisation's company settings
Set your organisation's name, website and timezone, and the switches for emails, reviews, campaigns and inbox.

In short: go to Account › Company Settings to change your organisation's name, website, timezone and the switches that cover every venue.

Change your details
- Go to Account › Company Settings.
- Under Organisation details, change the Organisation name, Website or Timezone.
- Click Save changes.
Turn options on or off
Each switch saves as soon as you change it:
- Send checkout email and Email reply-to inbox.
- Count 4 stars as promoters in reports.
- Campaign approval required (an admin approves campaigns before they send) and Campaign reply-to inbox.
- Filter auto replies.
Check it worked
You see Organisation settings saved.

If the Status at the top shows Test mode and you expected Live, or you need to change the organisation owner:
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- Your organisation name.
- What you need changed.

- Venue settings, such as booking settings, are set per venue instead. See your account, organisation and venues.
- Only Admin and the organisation owner can see Company Settings.
