Move between your venues and organisations

Switch venue

1. Click the venue picker at the top (in the menu on a phone).
2. Type in Find venue... and pick a venue, or choose All venues.

Some pages, such as booking settings, need one venue, so you are asked to pick one. To browse venues with their addresses, go to Venues.

Need help?

Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:

• Your organisation name.
• The venue you expected, or want to add.

Good to know

• Your account is an organisation. Venues sit inside it and your team belongs to it.
• Team members only see venues they are given: see a team member cannot see a venue. FOH, Reports and IT cannot see Venues.
• In more than one organisation? Click your organisation's name at the top of the left menu. Admins and the owner also have Switch organisation in Account options.
• Admins of groups with sub-organisations see them under Account › Venues (Venue hierarchy). Main-organisation members keep access to every one beneath it.
• Moving a venue there cannot be undone from that screen, so speak to support first.
