Set slot limits, same-day notice, booking alerts, online changes, dogs, a custom reference and accessibility requests.

In short: in Main Settings › Booking Options, turn on what you need, fill in its fields, then click Save changes.

Steps
- Go to Bookings › Main Settings › Booking Options, then choose your venue.
- Turn on the options you want and fill in their extra fields.
- Click Save changes.

Using booking types? Base configuration covers bookings with no type (save with Save changes). To change one type only, open it under Booking types and click Save followed by its name.
Good to know
- Covers per time slot, Bookings per time slot, Booking alerts, accessibility requests and Nested booking types are venue-wide, set under Base configuration.
- Nested booking types lets guests and staff book booking types one after another in one booking (add-ons, packages and party tiers). Off, none are offered.
- See how guests change or cancel a booking.
- FOH, Bookings Manager, Marketing and IT cannot see Main Settings.
