Stampede Platform

Review requests

Turn a happy visit into a public review automatically — the right guest, the right moment, the right platform.

What is it?

Review requests turn a good visit into a public review without you having to chase. The right message goes to the right guest at the right moment after their visit, pointed at the right platform.

Review requests turn a good visit into a public review without you chasing it. After a confirmed, paid visit, Stampede checks the guest’s consent, picks the best channel (email or SMS) and sends a branded request pointed at Google, TripAdvisor or Facebook.

Suppression rules keep it from feeling like spam — anyone prompted recently, flagged for a complaint, or below your spend floor is skipped, so most guests see at most one request a quarter. If a guest has reviewed on a platform before, the request sends them back to it.

Tip
When the prompt fires
A confirmed, paid visit triggers the request: Stampede checks the guest’s consent, picks the best channel and queues the send. The default is four hours after the visit — long enough to reflect, soon enough to be fresh.
