Loyalty cards are the guest-facing side of your programme — a branded card that lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with no app to install and no separate login. Points update on the card the moment the till settles, and a guest adds it with one tap from a Wi-Fi splash, a confirmation or a post-visit email.

One card works across your whole estate, so a guest can earn at one venue and redeem at another on a single balance. Redemption is a barcode scan at the till — which also identifies the guest — or an automatic card-linked payment, and either way it records to the guest profile.
