Gift cards turn a goodwill purchase into a new guest. The buyer pays, the recipient gets a redeemable code by email or SMS on a chosen date, and when they redeem it at the till they become a guest of your venue — linked back to the buyer, so you can see who brings whom in.
Cards are branded, track their own redemption state (unredeemed, partial, full or expired), and carry an expiry window you set in line with the rules for your region. A recipient who has never visited gets a fresh profile, ready to build on from their first visit.
