The guest profile is the heart of Stampede. Every signal a guest leaves — a verified phone number, a Wi-Fi sign-in, a loyalty tap, a booking, a payment — folds onto one profile, and you can always see where each detail came from.

The Guest Profile is the single record at the centre of Stampede — one unified, identity-resolved profile per guest, built from what they actually do. Bookings, walk-ins, Wi-Fi sign-ins, payments, reviews and loyalty all fold onto the same profile, and every other part of the platform reads from and writes to it.

There is no separate marketing database that drifts out of sync: your floor team and your marketing work from one record. Guests never log in to Stampede — the profile is assembled from real signals, matched on facts — and it is where consent and right-to-be-forgotten are handled.
