In short: open Reports › Inbox for reply speed, or Reports › Enquiries for how many enquiries become bookings.

- Read Median reply, and 90th percentile for your slowest replies.
- Compare venues under Venue against venue.

- Go to Reports › Enquiries.
- Read Converted (enquiries that became a confirmed booking) and Time to convert.
Check it worked
Change the dates or venues at the top. The figures change with them.
Good to know
- Enquiry forms are left out of Messages in, replies out, and counted as Enquiry forms under The quiet numbers.
- Without Square, Reports shows only Interactions, plus Review detail for roles that can see Reviews.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Reports and Marketing can see Reports.
