Read the report
- Go to Customers › Know your customer.
- Pick venues with the venues button (it shows All venues) and a date range (it starts on the last 90 days).
- Scroll the sections. Each only shows when there is data for it.
- Under Guests to know, click a guest who has a profile in Your best guests or Regulars going quiet to open it.

Check it worked
The line above the title shows your venues and period.
If it does not load
- No till orders: no Square till orders landed for that selection. Try a wider date range or another venue.
- Couldn't load this report: try a narrower date range or fewer venues.
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- The venues and date range you picked.
- A screenshot of the page.
Good to know
- It only shows for organisations connected to Square, and then every role can see it.
- With a venue chosen in the venue picker at the top of the screen, it covers that venue only.
- How guests are counted, at the end, explains the figures.
