List every guest interaction, such as a visit, Wi-Fi login or order, and search it by email, venue or data source.

In short: go to Reports › Interactions and search an email to see every time that guest interacted with you.

Read the list
- Go to Reports › Interactions.
- Type an email in Search by email….
- Click Filters to choose a Data source or Venue.
- Click the arrow at the end of a row to see the interaction in full.
Check it worked
The rows change to match your search or filters.
Good to know
- Interactions is always in Reports, with or without Square.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Reports and Marketing can see Reports.
Who can do this: Admin, Moderator, Reports, MarketingAdmin, Moderator, Reports and Marketing can do this.
