Choose which allergens and occasions guests can pick

Set the allergens, dietary requirements and special occasions guests can choose when they book.

In short: choose the allergens, dietary requirements and special occasions guests can pick in Main Settings › Guest Preferences.

Steps

  1. Go to Bookings › Main Settings › Guest Preferences, then choose your venue.
  2. Turn on Allergens, Dietary requirements and Special occasions, and pick the options for each.
  3. Click Save changes.

Good to know

  • Each booking type has its own preferences, saved with Save followed by its name. Base configuration covers bookings with no type.
  • Allergies on pre-orders show on the kitchen sheets.
  • FOH, Bookings Manager, Marketing and IT cannot see Main Settings.
