See your room as a map, check who is on each table, seat walk-ins and change statuses with a click.

In short: click a table on the Floorplan to see its bookings, seat a walk-in or change its status.

where to find it

Steps

Go to Bookings › Floorplan, then choose your venue.
Click a table. View schedule shows its day.
Free table: click a party size under Quick Walk-in to seat a walk-in.
Occupied table: change Guests or Duration under Current booking if needed.
Change Status as service moves on, such as Seated, Main or Paid.
Use View, Move or Edit on a booking (past ones have View and Edit).

Upcoming and Past only show when the table has bookings in them.
Floorplan is not in the menu on mobile.
To change the layout, see edit your Floorplan (Admin, Moderator and General Manager only).
