Set your bookable times

Set the hours guests can book each day, and choose how the last bookable time is worked out.

In short: set the times guests can start a booking each day (not your opening hours) in Main Settings › Bookable Times.

where to find it

Steps

  1. Go to Bookings › Main Settings › Bookable Times, then choose your venue.
  2. If you see V2 close time (Recommended), turn it on. Your close time then becomes the last bookable slot.
  3. For each day, switch it open or closed and set the times. The plus button adds another slot.
  4. Copy from copies another day. Close all days sets every day to closed (it then reads Open all days).
  5. Click Save changes.

V2 close time off? The hours are service hours. Set Last booking time before service end: how long before service ends the last booking can start.

Using booking types? Base configuration covers bookings with no type (save with Save changes). To change one type only, open it under Booking types and click Save followed by its name.

Good to know

  • Once saved on, the V2 close time switch no longer shows.
  • For one-off changes, such as Christmas or a closure, use special dates.
  • FOH, Bookings Manager, Marketing and IT cannot see Main Settings.
