Derived fields

The predictions the AI keeps up to date on every guest — read them like any other detail on the profile.

What is it?

Derived fields are the AI’s predictions, kept as part of each guest’s profile. They sit on the profile, refresh continuously, and are read like any other detail. Each one comes with a confidence score and the time it was last refreshed, so you can decide how much to trust it.

Derived fields are the AI Engine’s predictions — churn risk, lifetime value, loyalty, campaign responsiveness and more — kept on each guest’s profile and refreshed continuously. They read like any other detail, so segments, journeys and the assistant all use the same values.

Each prediction comes with a confidence score and the time it was last refreshed, and the Schema explorer documents the exact shape of each one — including the model version behind a value, so past predictions stay reproducible.
