Stampede Platform

Bookings

The diary, the public booking page, and the back-of-house tools for every reservation — all on one record per booking.

What is it?

Bookings is the operator-facing diary — every reservation, every walk-in, every party size and table. The same diary powers the public booking page your guests use, so there’s one record per booking, not two.

Stampede Bookings is one shared diary for reservations, walk-ins and phone bookings. Whether a guest books on your website, by phone, or at the door, it lands in the same diary your team works from — and the public booking page and the host screen read the same availability, so a table cannot be double-booked. Each booking holds party size, time, allergens, requests, deposits and pre-orders on one record.

Every booking is linked to the guest’s profile, so it builds their history automatically: visit count, lifetime spend, their usual table, allergies noted on past visits. A returning regular is recognised the moment their name comes up.

Stampede Bookings is commission-free — reservations run on your own domain with no per-cover fee, and the guest data belongs to you, not a third-party network. It is a direct alternative to OpenTable and SevenRooms: the difference is that every booking feeds a guest profile you own and reuse across marketing, loyalty and reviews.

Tip
In practice
A booking ties a guest to a venue, an optional order and a message thread. Once it’s confirmed, that same record handles the confirmation message, host notes, no-show flagging and the post-visit review request.

Integrates with

Marketing Automation

Post-visit nurture journeys and win-back flows.

Loyalty

Auto-enrolment on first booking; tier perks on confirmation.

Reviews

Element features

Real-time diary

Reservations and walk-ins land on the same screen as they happen. Status, party size, allergens, deposits — visible at a glance.

Branded booking pages

Public pages served on the venue’s own URL, SEO-indexed. No commission, no third-party redirect.

Deposits and pre-orders inline

Take payment at the booking step. Pre-orders attach to the same record so prep starts before the guest sits down.

Builds the guest profile

Every booking adds to the guest’s profile — visit history, lifetime spend and tags update in real time.

Many sources, one diary

Third-party reservation feeds — DoorDash, Bookatable, group networks — land in the same diary alongside direct bookings. One source of truth, no double entry.
