One menu can span several venues, and several Square accounts. Guests see one menu and pay once. You pick which venue takes the money, so the whole payment settles to that Square location and its bank account, and every other venue’s part of the order is marked paid.

The optimiser re-plans the room against every request, moving at most two unarrived bookings and never a locked, seated, ordering or joined table. Replay runs it read-only over past dates; Shadow mode scores live searches without changing what guests see.
