Connect Klaviyo
Link your Klaviyo account and choose which venues send their new customers to Klaviyo as profiles.

In short: click Connect Klaviyo, approve Stampede, then turn on the switch for each venue that should sync.

Connect and choose venues
- Go to Marketplace & API › Apps › Klaviyo.
- Click Connect Klaviyo.
- Approve Stampede in Klaviyo.
- Under Venues, turn on each venue whose new customers should go to Klaviyo.
Click Connect Klaviyo, then Approve Stampede in Klaviyo, then Turn on each venue, then Connected4 stages in order: Click Connect Klaviyo, then Approve Stampede in Klaviyo, then Turn on each venue, then Connected. The live stage is Connected.

Check it worked
The top of the page shows Connected. Each venue you turned on shows delivered and failed counts instead of Not syncing.
If it does not work
A venue shows failed deliveries
Click Logs on it to see what went wrong. Then click Reconnect account and approve Stampede again.
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- Your Klaviyo account name.
- The venue that is not syncing.
- A screenshot of its Logs.
Good to know
- New customers captured at a synced venue become Klaviyo profiles. Turn the switch off to stop.
- FOH and IT cannot see Marketplace & API.
